In our restaurant in Szklarska Poręba, from which there is a unique view of the panorama of the Giant Mountains, we serve Polish and regionalcuisine. At INTERFERIE Sport Hotel Bornit we are also inspired by the cuisine of our neighbours, Czech cuisine. In our menu you can also find unique liquors, such as Jizera tinctures, Krkonoše liqueur or Czech regional beers, available at the best beer festivals.
