Fitness room Gym

In the INTERFERIE in Ustronie Morskie we provide our guests a gym equipped with a multi-gym, weights, barbells, bench and other strength training equipment. In our fitness rooms you will find treadmill, elliptical cross trainers and exercise bikes. Here we have also planned a special room for exercise rehabilitation with ladders, mattresses, mats, medicine balls and large exercise balls.
