In our restaurant in Szklarska Poręba, from which there is a unique view of the panorama of the Giant Mountains, we serve Polish and regionalcuisine. At INTERFERIE Sport Hotel Bornit we are also inspired by the cuisine of our neighbours, Czech cuisine. In our menu you can also find unique liquors, such as Jizera tinctures, Krkonoše liqueur or Czech regional beers, available at the best beer festivals.

For the sake of your comfort and excellent well-being during your stay in Szklarska Poręba, we serve meals in our restaurant at regular, convenient times. The INTERFERIE Bornit Chef makes sure that the daily menu is diverse and based on fresh products of the highest quality.

Meals for individual guests are served in the form of a rich buffet:

Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:30 A perfect start to the day in the mountains with a wide selection of hot dishes, fresh bread, aromatic coffee and local ingredients.
Dinners: 17:00 - 19:00 Nutritious and tasty main course options, aromatic soups, salad buffet and delicious desserts - perfect to sum up an eventful day. The price of dinner also includes hot and cold drinks.
