In the vicinity of INTERFERIE Sport Hotel Bornit is located a wooden barbecue hut “On a coppery trail”, where we organize events and feasts for 130 people, and in the open air – even for 200 participants.

TThe domain of our barbecue hut in Szklarska Poręba is grilling and it is here that we serve excellent delicacies from the grate, e.g. baked piglets or trout, as well as our specialty - Karkonoski żurek. Our cottage is also unforgettable bonfires in the summer and winter scenery and parties at the hearth, where you can prepare your favorite dish by yourself.

The Grill Cottage is intimately and picturesquely situated in the hotel grounds. In the summer, we offer outdoor music events combined with tasting grilled rarities and delicacies from our smokehouse. In winter, in its interiors, we tempt with delicious regional specialties prepared by an excellent team of our chefs, while offering unique moments together by the warmth of the fireplace.
