1. Pre-booking is kept within 48 h, if not paid is cancelled. 2. From the date of receipt of the advance payment on the Hotel account, the reservation becomes an order and has the status of a guaranteed reservation. 3. Cancellation after payment of the advance, guaranteed reservation: a) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation 30 or more days before the planned start date of the stay - the hotel will refund the amount of the advance minus the handling fees of 6%; b) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation made less than 30 days before the planned date of arrival and start date of the stay - the money paid is non-refundable, i. e. the hotel will keep the advance payment in full; c) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation, Refundable Hotel will retain the entire payment.

W przypadku braku zbieżności nazwisk Gościa i Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie dokumentu, który poświadczy pokrewieństwo. W przypadku, gdy Gość nie jest rodzicem Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie orzeczenia sądu o opiece nad Małoletnim lub zgody pisemnej udzielonej przez rodziców na podróżowanie Gościa z Małoletnim.
