The health of our guests, employees and business partners is our top priority, which is why, due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, INTERFERIE has introduced special sanitary rules aimed at ensuring the highest level of safety.
The new standards apply in all our facilities in the mountains and by the sea, so that guests of INTERFERIE can enjoy a peaceful, safe holiday.
At INTERFERIE, our guests make a declaration about not being subject to quarantine or home insulation. This principle was introduced due to the lack of possibility to host people whose test result toward Covid-19 is positive. Also, people who have had close contact with patients infected with coronavirus may not stay in our facilities and hotels.
In the interests of the safety of our guests, we enable us to carry out control measurements of body temperature on the premises of all our facilities. For this purpose, we provide thermometers or non-contact temperature measurement terminals. If you feel bad before your arrival, please cancel your stay and postpone it to a different date, as the sick person cannot stay in our facilities at the moment.
During our stay in INTERFERIE our guests are obliged to use protective masks in common areas. At the reception of our facilities it is possible to purchase disposable masks or reusable masks that allow effective cover of the mouth and nose.
At our reception we have simplified the registration procedures as much as possible and modified the processes and tasks to make contact between our employees and guests as little as possible. Each time before starting work, our staff is subjected to body temperature measurement and uses protective measures in the form of masks, gloves and disinfectants.
Before the start of your stay, each room and keys are subjected to a disinfection process, e.g. with UV-C rays. Common areas in the facilities are disinfected on an ongoing basis, e.g. panels with buttons in elevators, handrails, door handles and reception desks. Guest hand sanitizers are available at many signposted locations.
During our stay in INTERFERIE, we gave up the daily, regular cleaning of rooms. The rooms will be cleaned only in exceptional situations, at the clear request of our guests. The exchange of towels and bed linen will also be carried out on your application. For safety reasons, hotel guides, mini-bar equipment, pillows and decorative bedspreads and additional blankets are currently not available in the rooms.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are constantly changing the models of catering services, which are in line with the guidelines of the Main Sanitary Inspectorate.
