Cancellation of booking

Reservations can be cancelled at no cost up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the prepayment made will be fully refunded by the hotel. In the event of cancellation after this date, the hotel will refund 50% of the deposit paid, unless the cancellation was due to a special situation of force majeure or fortuitous accident. If the Guest proves this to be the case, the hotel will return the entire down payment. In case of no cancellation of the reservation and no-show on the day of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. A prepayment for 40% of the booking value via the online payment system is required to guarantee the reservation.

Pets

From June 1, 2026, pets will be allowed at the hotel. The price is PLN 80 per day per pet. Details can be found in the regulations tab.
