The offer includes:
Guests may cancel their reservation at any time. Cancellations for guaranteed reservations must be made in writing (including email). Cancellations for non-guaranteed provisional reservations can be made in any form. For guaranteed reservations after payment: Cancellations 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge – a 100% refund of the deposit, subject to the conditions below; Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival result in the retention of the entire deposit; Non-refundable reservations – the entire payment is non-refundable. In lieu of a refund of the deposit, for cancellations 14 or more days before arrival, the Guest may change the date of their stay within the same season, subject to availability, at no cost. The deposit will be transferred to the new reservation. Changing the date will not result in any loss to the Property and is not binding on it.
Przy meldunku w naszym Obiekcie będziecie Państwo poproszeni o okazanie dokumentów tożsamości oraz podanie danych osobowych osób małoletnich przebywających/mających przebywać z Państwem w Obiekcie. W przypadku braku zbieżności nazwisk Gościa i Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie dokumentu, który poświadczy pokrewieństwo. W przypadku, gdy Gość nie jest rodzicem Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie orzeczenia sądu o opiece nad Małoletnim lub zgody pisemnej udzielonej przez rodziców na podróżowanie Gościa z Małoletnim. Podstawa prawna art. 22c ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 13 maja 2016 roku o przeciwdziałaniu zagrożeniom przestępczością na tle seksualnym i ochronie małoletnich.
