When booking 4 nights, a 25% discount is automatically applied to the total stay value — this means you get one night free. The discount applies to the entire stay, and prices are calculated based on the current daily rate. You don’t need to do anything else — the discount will be automatically applied in the system during booking.
1. Pre-booking is kept within 48 h, if not paid is cancelled. 2. From the date of receipt of the advance payment on the Hotel account, the reservation becomes an order and has the status of a guaranteed reservation. 3. Cancellation after payment of the advance, guaranteed reservation: a) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation 30 or more days before the planned start date of the stay - the hotel will refund the amount of the advance minus the handling fees of 6%; b) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation made less than 30 days before the planned date of arrival and start date of the stay - the money paid is non-refundable, i. e. the hotel will keep the advance payment in full; c) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation, Refundable Hotel will retain the entire payment.

W przypadku braku zbieżności nazwisk Gościa i Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie dokumentu, który poświadczy pokrewieństwo. W przypadku, gdy Gość nie jest rodzicem Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie orzeczenia sądu o opiece nad Małoletnim lub zgody pisemnej udzielonej przez rodziców na podróżowanie Gościa z Małoletnim. Podstawa prawna art. 22c ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 13 maja 2016 roku o przeciwdziałaniu zagrożeniom przestępczością na tle seksualnym i ochronie małoletnich.
