Cancellation of booking

1. Pre-booking is kept within 48 h, if not paid is cancelled. 2. From the date of receipt of the advance payment on the Hotel account, the reservation becomes an order and has the status of a guaranteed reservation. 3. Cancellation after payment of the advance, guaranteed reservation: a) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation 90 or more days before the planned start date of the stay - the hotel will refund the amount of the advance minus the handling fees of 6%; b) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation made less than 90 days before the planned date of arrival and start date of the stay - the money paid is non-refundable, i. e. the hotel will keep the advance payment in full; c) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation, Refundable Hotel will retain the entire payment.

Children policy

Child Policy When logging into our Facility, you will be asked to present identity documents and provide personal data of minors staying/intending to stay with you at the Facility. If the names and surnames of the Guest and the Minor do not match, we will ask you to present a document confirming their relationship. If the Guest is not the parent of the Minor, we will ask you to present a court decision regarding the care of the Minor or written consent of the parents to allow the Guest to travel with the Minor. Legal basis: Article 22c 3 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting Threats of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Minors.
