Remarkable here are the SingleTrack trails, i.e. well-prepared forest trails that can even reach the Czech Republic. Among them it is worth choosing the cycle path Zachnik or SingleTrack under Smrkem. Exceptional cycling routes also lead to Stóg Izerski, Górzysty mountain hut, Orle hostel, Samolot mountain, Stanisław and Jakuszyc mines. Runners, on the other hand, can choose popular cross-country trails, which link up with the Rozdroże Izerskie, Hall Izerska and many picturesque places around the spa.
