Gość może anulować rezerwację w dowolnym czasie. Anulacja rezerwacji gwarantowanej wymaga formy pisemnej (także e-mail). Anulacja rezerwacji wstępnej niegwarantowanej może nastąpić w dowolnej formie. W przypadku rezerwacji gwarantowanej po wpłacie: anulacja na 14 lub więcej dni przed planowanym przyjazdem jest bezkosztowa – zwrot 100% zadatku, z zastrzeżeniem poniżej; anulacja na mniej niż 14 dni przed przyjazdem skutkuje zatrzymaniem zadatku w całości; rezerwacja bezzwrotna – cała płatność nie podlega zwrotowi. Zamiast zwrotu zadatku przy anulacji na 14 lub więcej dni przed przyjazdem Gość może jednorazowo, bezkosztowo przesunąć termin pobytu w ramach tego samego sezonu, w miarę dostępności. Zadatek zostaje przeksięgowany na nową rezerwację. Zmiana terminu nie może powodować strat Obiektu i nie jest dla niego wiążąca.

Przy meldunku w naszym Obiekcie będziecie Państwo poproszeni o okazanie dokumentów tożsamości oraz podanie danych osobowych osób małoletnich przebywających/mających przebywać z Państwem w Obiekcie. W przypadku braku zbieżności nazwisk Gościa i Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie dokumentu, który poświadczy pokrewieństwo. W przypadku, gdy Gość nie jest rodzicem Małoletniego poprosimy o przedstawienie orzeczenia sądu o opiece nad Małoletnim lub zgody pisemnej udzielonej przez rodziców na podróżowanie Gościa z Małoletnim. Podstawa prawna art. 22c ust. 3 ustawy z dnia 13 maja 2016 roku o przeciwdziałaniu zagrożeniom przestępczością na tle seksualnym i ochronie małoletnich.
