Cancellation after payment of the advance, guaranteed reservation: a) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation 90 or more days before the planned start date of the stay - the hotel will refund the amount of the advance minus the handling fees of 6%; b) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation made less than 90 days before the planned date of arrival and start date of the stay - the money paid is non-refundable, i. e. the hotel will keep the advance payment in full; c) in case of cancellation of the guaranteed reservation, Refundable Hotel will retain the entire payment.
